Mexican Ambassador in Los Angeles This Evening

The Zocalo Public Square Lecture Series will host Ambassador Sarukhan this evening at the Disney Concert Hall. The ambassador gives an interesting response on the question of marijuana legalization towards the end of this interview from April, just prior to President Obama's visit. I suppose the Mexican government's willingness to seriously discuss decriminalization and the like is not news, however, it is a rare occurrence when these views are aired in the US media.
